The Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Fatai Owoseni, came to the rescue of a middle aged woman who was arrested by security operatives attached to the Agbowa Police Division for stealing plantain.....
It was learnt that the young lady told Police operatives who apprehended her at Agbowa market that hunger pushed her into stealing the plantain. Owoseni who however directed the release of the woman and her baby also gave her a token of N10, 000 for her upkeep.
